What is the return policy?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order through our Returns Portal. To be eligible, items must be unused, not washed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product ordered. Once your return is approved, you will receive the specific return address along with full instructions. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

How long do I have to return an order?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If the item is not suitable, you may return it within this timeframe.

When will I get my order?

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT (UK time) on Friday, or during weekends and UK public holidays, are processed from the following Monday (or next business day).

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6-9 business days.
