• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to verification procedures

Orders Cut-off Time

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT (UK time) on Friday, or during weekends and UK public holidays, are processed from the following Monday (or next business day).
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to verification checks

Estimated Delivery Time

• United Kingdom: 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Estimated total delivery time: 6-9 business days.

Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to make changes prior to dispatch. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your items by contacting us at support@elavie.co.uk

Pre-Order Items

• Items available for pre-order will include an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page (typically 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated)
• These orders are shipped once stock becomes available
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together

Duties & Taxes

• All orders to UK addresses are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable UK import duties and VAT are covered by Elavie, you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery. Prices shown at checkout are the total amount you pay.
