We currently ship orders to the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free of charge for all orders within the UK
- No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout for eligible regions
- No handling, processing, or service fees are applied to any order. The price shown at checkout is the total amount charged for shipping.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- This timeframe includes order confirmation, quality control, and packaging.
Order Cut-off Time
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT (UK time) on Friday, or during weekends and UK public holidays, are processed from the following Monday (or next business day).
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to verification checks

- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).
- During busy periods, such as public holidays or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is:
- Lost in transit, or
- Marked as delivered but not received

After verification with the courier, a replacement or refund will be arranged where applicable.

Elavie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will assist in resolving delivery issues.
Address Changes and Cancellations

Address changes are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may be unable to modify your order prior to dispatch. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items by contacting us at support@elavie.co.uk
International Shipping
